Account
Create and manage your Exodus account.
Account Region
At sign up, you will be asked to select your region:
- RoW (Rest of World)
- China
If you are outside of China, select RoW.
This cannot be changed later and you will only be able to redeem licenses for the region you selected.
Changing Your Password
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your Exodus account.
Enter Passwords
Enter your current password under Password and your new password under New Password.
Submit
Press Reset.
Resetting Forgotten Password
Open a support ticket in our Discord server and send us your:
- Exodus Email
- Exodus License
Resetting Your HWID
Cooldown
There is a 1 week cooldown after you press Reset.
Chinese accounts have a 1 hour cooldown.
Go to Account Settings
Navigate to your Exodus account.
Reset Device Lock
Press Reset under Device Lock.
